Gabriela is also a Licensed Paralegal (P1) with the Law Society of Ontario, although not practicing at this time.

Gabriela is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with ACMO and holds the General Licence (OLCM) with CMRAO. We bring our Management & Compliance expertise to your negotiating table and while we always recommend you consulting a lawyer when it comes to legal aspects of your transaction, we are able to provide you with a preliminary assessment of the Condominium governing and financial documents.

If you have questions about affordability, credit, income, legal matters, property inspections, or require an expert report for any reason, trust us to help you find what you need and fast. We make sure you feel confident and educated every step of the way. We will provide an analysis of the property you are selling, leasing or considering purchasing, as well as the strategy options we consider to be in your best interests.
